I think 55 to 58,000 is right for right now. I have a friend who was on the state panel that approves panels for new public buildings and he told me that he's also seen the conceptual drawings for phase two which will put a second deck on the east side of the stadium which will increase the capacity to around 68,000. Apparently when the school did the rebuild in 98 they foresaw the day when a second deck would be needed and poured the footings for it then. Apparently it's going to be pretty cool.
