It appears that Coach Roberts has adopted the same philosophy as Larry when it comes to building a team. In the trib article below, it mentions that she signed four in this recruiting class, with only one senior.

I've had a feeling for some time that Coach Roberts is going to do something special with this Lady Utes program. I think we're going to see a level of success that the school has never seen in this sport. I'm not saying we'll become the next Stanford, or anything, but I think we have some much bigger potential that Robert's will tap.
