That's great! I am surprised at how many lines in a row he goes. He has really good inflection too.

I think this is an old video since the caption shows him as Mayor of London.

Boris is a little crazy. I like how England had a 2-month or whatever election cycle. The USA system is wearing me out.
Selfishly, I'm hoping for a no-deal Brexit which tanks the pound and makes me able to afford a vacation to the UK next summer.

It was hilarious how much fun he had interpreting the text. He had the audience laughing even though most of them couldn't understand a word he said.
